Our standard delivery service includes ‘kerbside’ drop off. Depending on the item and quantities ordered, deliveries may be made on a pallet or steel stillage. Packaging (including pallets/stillages) are left with the customer for their disposal. Alternative delivery options are available for an additional fee (e.g. pallet removal/ assembly upon delivery) – call 0800 1777 052 or email email@example.com to enquire.
Please also note, that many of our products are shipped on pallets and as such will arrive flat packed and require assembly.
Items despatched direct from third party suppliers may incur an additional lead time supplement beyond our control.

Best-selling products are stocked and despatched next working day when ordered before 2pm, where stated on the webpage. For bespoke items or items which we have to manufacture to order, delivery is usually within 4 weeks. Although we will keep you informed of your expected delivery date.
Should you need a specific item within a certain timescale, please just let us know as we can usually accommodate.
Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
In the event of the product not meeting your requirements, it must be returned to NBB Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery.
In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
Please note, if you wish to return the products you purchased after the 30 day period then a restocking fee / delivery charge will be applicable.
