Delivery is generally made between 8am and 6pm. We can offer a timed delivery at additional cost, please contact our sales team on 0800 1777 052 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our standard delivery service is ‘kerb-side only, depending on item/ quantities ordered deliveries may be made on a pallet. Packaging (including pallets) are left with the customer for their disposal.
Please also note, that many of our products are shipped on pallets and as such will arrive flat packed and require assembly.

For stocked items, we aim to despatch within 3-5 working days of order confirmation. For bespoke items or items which we have to manufacture to order, delivery is usually within 4 weeks. Although we will keep you informed of your expected delivery date.
Should you need a specific item within a certain timescale, please just let us know as we can usually accommodate.
In the event of the product not meeting your requirements, it must be returned to NBB Ltd in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery.
In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.
Please note, if you wish to return the products you purchased after the 30 day period then a restocking fee / delivery charge will be applicable.
