On best-selling furniture and accessories, we offer FREE Next Day Despatch on all orders over £350*! Look out for the icon on product pages to see where this applies. Standard product lead times are 4-6 weeks, with FREE despatch on all orders over £350*.

*Orders between £1 - £150 incur a £9.95 shipping fee, while orders between £151 - £349.99 are charged £19.95 per order.

In the event of the product not meeting your requirements, it must be returned in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery.

In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. Any credits and refunds will be made only after the Company’s receipt and inspection of the goods. Refunds will only be provided using the same payment card used to place the order. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Customer credits and refunds in the event of goods being returned in a used and/or unsaleable condition.

Please note, if you wish to return the products you purchased after the 30 day period then a restocking fee / delivery charge will be applicable.

To make this as quick as possible, we recommend having your order information to hand.

No, it is not mandatory to set up an account when making an order. We will however, once you've made your first order, set up an account for your convinience. We want to make placing an order with us as easy as possible, so when making your next order, you can login under the 'Login' section in the top right hand corner of the website and you'll be able to easily repeat previous orders and view your order history, save your basket so you can return at a convenient time for you, as well as viewing your invoices and editing your details.

We're sorry to hear that there has been an issue with your product, we take the time to ensure that products are despatched in the best condition. You must now make any claims within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by contacting our friendly customer service team on freephone 08001777052 or by emailing sales@recycledfurniture.co.uk. Yes, you will receive and invoice with your order. You can also view your invoices by logging into your account on the 'Login' page in the top right hand corner of the website.
